It's worth pointing out the sheer scale of some levels, too. One notable level begins with targets far, far in the distance before things go awry in predictable fashion. BH should be like Tac-Mask from Black Ops 1 where it actually reduces these effects by a large amount. I hope we see some perk tweaks over time, maybe BH will be useful one day.
